I have downloaded and installed v17.01.

Both the installation routine and the “about” software screen indicate that this software is version 16.03 and the copyright date is 2018.

You might want to fix this because it seems like the software isn’t updating when the version is downloaded and installed.

As I write to you in my e-mail reply earlier, there is no such issue. Please make sure you’re downloading to your disk the gsbase17_x64.exe file and run it.
You may also want to delete any cached copies of the gsbase*.exe files in case your download manager mixed them.
