  • Various types of color gradients that can be used by cell backgrounds and fonts:

  • New, resizable color selection windows attached to the cell/font toolbar color buttons. They offer a palette of named colors, gradient variants and custom colors:

Note: the native binary GS-Calc file format remains the same, however, if you use color gradients, older GS-Calc versions will only show the first color of the gradient.


GS-Calc 20.9.2 - update - 01-08-2024

  • On Windows earlier than Windows 10 1607, when starting GS-Calc the Windows system displays an error that it can’t find the system GetDpiForWindow() Windows API function (because it was introduced in Windows 10 1607). At this point it was used in GS-Calc 20.9 only for initialization purposes, so it was removed in this 20.9.2 update to preserve compatibility with earlier Windows versions.
